Here’s how it works.

Featuring the alpine stitch, the Veronica Infinity is textured and cozy. Perfect for wearing wrapped double around your neck. This trendy crochet stitch pattern is made by working front post treble crochet stitches (FPtr) and double crochet stitches (dc) in a simple repeat.

Notes:

  • Stitch multiple: chain an odd number of chains + 1 for the turning chain
  • Color A: Seaweed, Color B: Sandy Shores
  • I work in the back bar of the foundation chain because I believe it gives the first row more elasticity. You can work into the back loop of the chain if you prefer.

Finishing Instructions for the Main Infinity Scarf

Using a whipstitch, seam the 2 side edges together to create a loop.  Weave in any remaining ends.

Top and Bottom Edgings
The edgings are worked in continuous rounds. With the RS (right side) of your working facing you:

Round 1: Join Color B yarn in the stitch beside the seam you created. 1 sc in each sc around. [155 sc]

Round 2: 1 sc in the BL of each st around. Finish off with an invisible join.

Follow the same process to create the second edge of the project.

Finishing Instructions for the Edgings
