Discover Two-by-Two Crochet, where two colors of yarn are crocheted into textured stitches using only a 2 row/round repeat. Each pattern in the book begins with a setup row to get the pattern started, then you simply work the 2-row/round repeat over and over. The main sections of all projects are created holding 2 different color stands of yarn together throughout. When working the single-color textured stitches, one color will be dropped to the back of the work until the last step, then both yarns will be used to finish the stitch.

  1. I haven’t tried a cable-style stitch yet so the Captured Cables Ruana style really appeals to me. Thank you for your review though I am surprised the printed copy and downloadable price is the same.
I need to remember this project book when I’m ready to start my attempt at cables. The two strands do not intimidate me at all.

  2. I love the Two by Two book. I like the two colors play together,

  3. I honestly never thought that two colors, repeated in rows of two could look so pretty and versatile! It just sounds boring, but it isn’t, at all! This is something I now want to try!

  4. I want to hear more about the book on Tunisian Baby Blankets. I need to practice tunisian.

  5. I am very interested in the book: Baskets & Bowls in Crochet. I like making things like that because not only are they useful but also decorative.

  6. I’d love to see a review of “In a Weekend Crochet Calendar 2021” It might be a great grift for my crochet friends.
