Create a Beautiful Tulip Afghan and Pillow Set With Crochet

The stitches you will be using to create these projects are:

The Tulip Tango Afghan and Pillow Set is created by using a mosaic dropped double crochet technique. This technique allows you to create an image by cleverly placing dropped dc stitches into the remaining front loops of stitches from 2 rounds below. It is a very easy technique and suitable for even newer crocheters!

Carol has a helpful video tutorial available to demonstrate the dropped double crochet stitch technique.

Your crochet hooks will dance their way through this beautiful pattern for afghan, baby afghan and matching pillow, all made from sc and dc. Afghan, baby afghan and pillow. It uses just single and double crochet stitches. Adult afghan is 47″ x 66″, and pillow is 14″ square. Both are made from worsted weight yarn. Baby Afghan is 31″ x 41″ and is made from baby yarn.
