Summer is here and it’s time to crochet! But if you’re always on the go or if it’s too hot to start a big project, it can be tricky. That’s why we have our Summer Quickies Crochet Along! We have eight free crochet patterns for projects you can make in a day or less. So grab your crochet hooks and get ready to make something fun and new! Come join us and chat with other crocheters. Plus, you can even enter to win prizes in our giveaway. Have a great summer of crocheting!
Every Monday from July 3 to August 20, 2023, we’ll release a brand new free crochet pattern. You can make these special summer projects and give them away, sell them, donate them, or keep them for yourself! It should only take you an afternoon or less!
Hobbii has generously provided the yarn we used for each of our CAL patterns (thank you Hobbii!). If you’re new to Hobbii, it’s a fantastic online shop for yarn lovers! Stay tuned for my Quick Summer Beach Bag pattern! It will be released on July 10th and for the project I used 425 g of Hobbii Ribbon yarn in 2 colors.
Hobbii Ribbon is OEKO-TEX® certified (no. 2076-311) and 100% Cotton. Each ball includes 250 g (8.8 oz) and 125 m (137 yds). This Bulky Weight yarn is machine washable (40C / 104F); lay flat to dry. I LOVE Hobbii Ribbon for making bags. It is durable and beautiful to work with. I think it would be a great basket making yarn too!
