Here’s how it works.
Happy 2023 Crochet Friends! This year marks our 8th Annual Scarf of the Month Club CAL!
We’ve invited 12 Crochet Designers to participate in this year’s Scarf of the Month CAL and as always, our posts will become available on the third Sunday of each month at 7 pm ET.
So, what is the Scarf of the Month CAL?
Crocheted scarves, pocket scarves, hooded scarves and cowls make great gifts and they are perfect for donating to people in need in the colder, winter months.
For the past 8 years Amy and I have been cohosting our Annual Scarf of the Month Club CAL. It has been a great success and between us we have designed more than 168 crochet scarf patterns!
We’ve decided to continue with our Annual CAL for 2023 and each month, Amy (The Stitchin’ Mommy), our Guest Designer and I (Rhondda from Oombawka Design) will each share 1 brand new crochet scarf pattern for you to make.
By the end of year we will have published 36 NEW scarf patterns. That means you will have 3 new patterns each month to choose from. You can pick your favorite, or make all three. It’s totally up to you!
All of these patterns will be forever free on our blogs and CAL participants can download the premium PDF for FREE for a limited time (24-hours) from our publish dates.
So, if you are planning on participaing, I recommend you sign up for our reminder emails so you don’t miss out on the free Premium PDF Patterns.

Hi Nicole, I emailed Amy (you can contact her in her post). So she’s waiting for you to reach out to her about the PDF copy. Best wishes, Rhondda
Hi Rhondda, I looked into the post and am only able to get the post pattern but would love to have the PDF as part of my Ravely library to use in the future as well
Please advise as to how I can get the pattern still
Thank you
Nicole Cherie
Hi Nicole, Here’s the link to Amy’s post: https://www.thestitchinmommy.com/sadie-mesh-cowl-free-crochet-pattern/ Let me know if you still need the PDF copy and I will reach out to her for you. Thanks, Rhondda
Hi I just found this post and am super excited to join but did notice that the June links for the Sadie Cowl and Winter Haven both go to the Winter Haven post. Please let me know how I can get the Sadie Cowl
Thanks and have a great day
Nicole Cherie
Hi Kelly, The links won’t work until 7 pm EST on the publish dates. I add them early but we don’t actually publish the posts until 7 at night (Eastern Time). Sorry for the confusion! Rhondda
None of the February pattern links are linking!
