My Market Bag Adventure

So all you need to do is crochet your own bag from this pattern from Annie’s Craft Store (currently free for this promotion until June 30th!) and then when you are on-the-go this summer snap a photo or two, (or more!) and share it online on you favorite social site using the hashtag #marketbagadventures – that’s it! I’m going to share on Instagram – it is the easiest one to share to from my mobile phone. Feel free to tag me in your photos too so I get notifications when you share your photos! My Instagram Handle is @oombawkadesigncrochet

The Yarn recommended for this project is available >HERE<

That yarn is not easy to get in Canada, so I used this yarn instead (which is exactly the same yarn weight and yardage per ball as the yarn listed in the pattern).

I totally love the finished size of this bag! I think it will be used a lot this summer – I just hope I can find some good places to go with it to take ‘fun’ pictures…rather than just me carrying my yarn, or groceries each week!

I am totally loving this color of Bernat Handicrafter yarn I picked up at Michaels Kitchener last Friday!

I found the instructions very easy to follow and I was able to crochet the bag over the course of a weekend!
