Welcome back Crocheters! Today we release the first 3 patterns in our January Hat of the Month Club CAL! If you missed our scarf patterns, which we released last Sunday, please visit last week’s post to get your pattern links.
This week I am sharing my matching hat pattern: Maggie’s Hat Pattern.
Maggie’s Hat matches the yarn and stitch I used to make my Sealed with a Twist Scarf, the seed stitch.
The seed stitch is also known in the online crochet world as: linen stitch, woven stitch, granite stitch and even the moss stitch. Confusing right? I thought so! I even went back into my stitch dictionaries at home (the printed copies) to be sure I wasn’t losing my mind!
You can check it out in Crochet Every Way Stitch Dictionary by Dora Ohrenstein (which is one of my favorite books btw!).
Be sure to pop by each of our sites to get your coupon codes for your free PDF copies! These copies are available for 24-hours only!
Look for this button in our posts to get the PDF copy for free.
If you miss the free PDF pattern, don’t worry because the patterns will always be available for free in our posts online.

Hi Jamie,
The monthly list is updated. Here’s the link: https://oombawkadesigncrochet.com/announcing-the-2020-scarf-and-hat-of-the-month-club-cal/
The patterns are released on the dates indicate at 7 pm ET (Eastern Time). The list will be updated after we are sure all the patterns have been posted and we double check that there haven’t been changes to the links we were given from the other Designers.
The newsletter that is sent out is also sent out after 7pm on that night because we need to be sure the patterns were posted on all 3 sites.
Hope this helps explain things,
