My Looking Back Blanket Pattern was designed during our initial lockdown back in March.
I made this to be crocheted in a single color, or in a yarn like the one I used that transitions between colors.
Although our Covid journey is not over yet (we had back into lockdown on Boxing Day) and I’m sure the virus still has some nasty surprises in store for us, I am trying to hold fast to the hope that this year has brought about positive changes too.
I hope that when I look back on the year 2020 in years to come, I will remember how we pulled together to unite against a single enemy and how we succeeded.
I hope that we are able to take this year as a lesson and to grow in better ways from the living of it.

- Yarn: Yarnspirations Red Heart Hopscotch. 4 oz (113 g) and 210 yds (193 m). 100% Acrylic. Medium Weight Yarn [4]. Machine wash and dry.

Hi Letty, I did a search to see what options would work best and Red Heart with Love is a pretty close match for everything (except colors). Red Heart Roll With it is also a really good match and the color options might be closer. Another option that is very similar but not exact for gauge is Premier Yarns Basix Mosaic. You can check out a variety of close matches on yarnsub.com (that’s where I look when I need to sub a yarn for a project).
