This is a very quick project and the finished bracelet is very lightweight and easy to wear – pretty and feminine – I love it – I hope you will too!

Lacy Crochet Cuff Bracelet – Free Crochet Pattern

Aunt Lydia’s Crochet Thread Classic 10
Size 8 Steel Crochet Hook (1.5mm)

R1: Ch6, 1dc in the 6th stitch from the hook (the 1st chain you made), [ch2, 1dc in the same stitch] repeat 2 times; turn

R2: ch4, [1dc in the 2nd ch-2 space of the previous row, ch2] 2 times, 1dc in the 2nd ch-2 space of the previous row; turn

Repeat R2 until you reach the desired length – for my bracelet I crocheted 7-inches.

This bracelet has a fair bit of stretch – I chose to sew the ends together and I slip this bracelet over my hand to wear it – as a cuff bracelet – you could also add a metal bracelet clasp or button/bead closure if you wanted –

This is my first attempt using my new Stitchworks Software so I hope I did this properly! I have been trying to learn to read charts…

I had a request (2015) to show the seam line where I stitched the bracelet closed. Here is a photo showing the spot where the seam is located. I have been wearing the bracelet on and off for over a year now so it is a little bit stretched (and worn!) but the seam is shown below. I whip stitched it together and then weaved in my ends. The seam is still holding strong and fairly difficult to see based on the stitch design.

  4. Hi Sherry! I apologize for taking so long to put the new photo up to show you the seam! I meant to do it over the weekend but Easter had me somewhat distracted! I have added an image of the seam to the post. I hope it helps 🙂 Rhondda
