At the same I made my practical Quick and Easy Crochet Cup Cover – I also created this Lacy Beaded Wine Glass Cover.

Just a little bit of fancy for those times when you want function but with a bit more ‘class’.

Notes

  • If you are using beads with a small opening (hole) you will need to thread them onto your Crochet Thread before you begin to crochet your cover. The beads I used have metal wrap around covers and fit easily over the top of my 2.25 mm crochet hook so I was able to add them as I crochet the cover. The beads I used were purchased at Michaels.
  • You may wish to use a stitch marker to mark your place. Do not sl st to join unless indicated. You will be working in continuous rounds.
  • At the beginning of R2-R7 the (1 sc, ch 2) counts as 1 dc
