With healthy eating in the forefront of my mind, the Healthy Instant Pot Cookbook caught my attention pretty quickly. We have an Instant Pot and we love it. We usually browse online looking for recipe ideas to use in it and it can become overwhelming quite quickly when faced with so many options from unknown sources.
The Healthy Instant Pot Cookbook gives me 100 recipes to select from and each of the recipes uses simple everyday ingredients and includes nutritional information.
The cookbook also gives me a Programs and Controls section that is an excellent reference guide for using my Instant Pot. This gives me more confidence that I will press the correct button for the action I want to take.
There is also a Getting to Know Your Instant Pot section with lots of photos and explanations. This is helpful for me because I tend to be a bit nervous using our Instant Pot. I usually ask my husband to set it up for me. So the handy review section will help me become more confident with operating it on my own.
