Happy 2023 Crochet Friends! Are you ready for our Hat of the Month CAL? When you join us for our annual Hat of the Month Club CAL you get 3 new hat crochet patterns each month and can make a total of 36 new hats during 2023.
This year we’ve invited 12 Designers to participate and as always, our posts will become available on the fourth Sunday of each month at 7 pm ET.
So, what is the Hat of the Month CAL?
Our annual CAL began as a way to get our Holiday Crocheting done early each year. Initially, the CAL was for scarf patterns only but a few years ago we decided to make scarves and hats so we can give them away as sets.
Many crocheters have contacted us to let us know that they love making the crochet hats and scarves to donate to charitable organizations and to help those in need. Thank you for doing this. I know it means a lot to the people who receive them.
Whatever your reason for crocheting these hats, we hope that with 36 different designs available this year, you will be able to find exactly what you need for your gifting or charitable needs.
All of these patterns will be forever free on our blogs and for our CAL participants the premium PDF will be available for FREE for a limited time.

Hi – I did not add the links immediately because Amy’s internet was down and she still hadn’t published her post by the time I went to bed on Sunday. Her links are now working and we extended the downloads for the free (PDFs) until May 30th at 11:59 pm EST.
