All of the granny square patterns and projects in this book were written using US Crochet Terminology. You will find both written patterns and colored charts for each design and project. The supplies needed, the yarn key, chart symbols and abbreviations are provided on pages 6 and 7.
Every pattern in the book was crocheted using Paintbox Yarns Cotton DK. Depending on the project you are making you will be using a crochet hook between a 2.75 mm (C) and a 4 mm (G).
Stitch Basics, including crochet techniques and stitches used are found between pages 122 and 125. Finishing instructions can be found on page 126.
