Every girl needs a crochet bestie! With Besties Every Girl Needs, you’ll get 7 easy-to-follow doll patterns like Fashionista Faye and Casual Kaye, plus a design-your-own mix-and-match section for creating custom dolls with unique styles.
Create your very own Bestie with these design you own doll patterns. These adorable crochet doll patterns come with mix-and-match accessories!
Besties includes 7 adorable crocheted doll patterns with Mix and Match clothing and accessories you can use to personalize your doll.
Each doll has their very own bio. Their bios explain their personalities, likes and dislikes and what they like to do.
Before you dive-in and choose your favorite doll to make, I recommend you take a moment to read pages 7-9. It includes important information about how to design your own doll and what bits you need to decide on before you begin to crochet.
One very important thing to note is that most of the clothing is crocheted directly to the doll. This means you will need to preplan the outfit you want her to be wearing, before you attach her head to her crocheted body.
The instructions are written in US Crochet Terms. Stitch counts are included at the end of the rows and special notes are in italics and bold fonts.
Special stitches used in individual patterns are included at the beginning of the pattern in the Stitch Guide Section.
Other supplies you will need to make your doll include: safety pins, 12 mm Safety eyes, polyester fiberfill and blush.
The General Instructions section of the eBook, begins on page 61. Explanations and diagrams (where needed) are provided for the following stitches and techniques:
Stitch Guide

These 7 crocheted dolls are really cute and I love that you can mix and match bits from each of the patterns, to make a Bestie that is perfect for your special person.
My favorite Bestie is Wistful Wanda. Her bio – mentions she loves animals (especially cats) and she loves reading and going on adventures. Which Bestie do you like best?
I would like the Modern Tunisian book to be reviewed by you. I love that you do this for all of us so Thank You.
It’s hard to choose which book to recommend! I think I’d like to see the Enchanted Forest Creatures book reviewed.
I have made quie a few amigurumi pieces over time. These dolls are really cute, but I do wish the clothes were interchangeable. I mean, how fun would it be to change their clothes? I’ve only followed a pattern but designing is quite intriguing.
I would love to see your review on Leaisure Arts Wildlife Cabled Afghan Book/patterns. I’m always looking for things I don’t know how to do, any then try to find the time to learn it. While I know how to do graphghans, I don’t know how to do cables. These afghans are very appealing and the cables around them that create a significant border adds quite a bit of texture,, making it quite appealing to me.
I’d love to see a review of Mindful Mandala Afghans. I love Mandalas!
Thank you, for your generosity, I look forward to an opportunity to win this amazing book to make these beautiful versatile dolls!
I would love a review of the Thread Christmas Ornaments book!
