Monkey Faces Afghan Pattern Review

The blanket showcases multiple happy and playful monkey faces that are sure to bring a smile to your little one’s face. Perfect for the nursery or playroom, this easy to crochet blanket is made in a single color of yarn and the pattern is available in 2 different sizes. This blanket is a beginner friendly project that is crocheted in single crochet (sc) and double crochet (dc) stitches.
The stitches you will be using to create these projects are:
back loop (bl)
beginning (beg)
chain (ch)
double crochet (dc)
fl (front loop)
loop (lp)
loops (lps)
single crochet (sc)
single crochet bobble (sb)
stitch (st)
stitches (sts)
together (tog)
yarn over (yo)
The entire pattern uses single crochet stitches (sc) worked in the back loop of a stitch, double crochet stitches (dc) worked in a remaining front loop of a stitch from 2 rows before and single crochet bobble stitches. The sc bobble stitches are explained in the Special Stitches Section on page 2.
The pattern is worked on the RS (right side) only, and you will finish-off the strand of yarn you are working with at the end of every row. The project is designed to allow you to create either an easy fringe, or a triple fringe (shown in the image) on the left and right side edges of the blanket. BONUS: You will not have any ends to sew in!
