365 Things to Do With LEGO Bricks
Filled with ideas for fun projects, single and multi-player games and activities, 365 Things to Do With LEGO Bricks will inspire your little Master Builder to use their imagination and their own LEGO bricks in 365 different projects.
Chances are you will not have all the bricks which were used to build the projects in the book – but we have our imaginations to fill in any of those pesky gaps and I believe you will be impressed by what your own children will be able to come up with just by looking at the projects showcased in 365 Things to Do With LEGO Bricks. I know I was!
When you see what you can make with LEGO bricks you will want to try to build similar projects yourself. The recommended age range for the book is 6-9 years but I am much older than 9 and I want to try to build some of these myself!
You can approach this compendium of ideas in many ways, you can work through the projects from cover to cover and enjoy 365 days worth of projects; you can use the handy “Activity Selector” to randomly choose which Activity you will create or you can even try some timed activities and games with the handy “Timer”.

Drew is already begging me to go to the LEGO store to pick up some more bricks in different colors in order to build some of these projects. I must mention we only have a few spare bricks as most of the LEGO we have on hand is from building sets. Once we pick up a set of LEGO bricks I’m sure he will be unstoppable!
Build Basics shows you the different types of bricks and how you can use them together to create strong structures and gives you options for some different bricks you can use.
Game ideas like Fivers, Snakes and Ladders, Chess and Dominoes, as well as, challenges to build projects in set-time limits are included. You can challenge yourself and your friends to build the tallest tower, or a shape (hexagon, squares, etc.) in a specific amount of time.
