Ready for a quick summer project? This Scrap Yarn Summer Bracelet Pattern is crocheted with DK Weight Yarn and a 3.75 mm (F) hook.
My daughter is all about tie bracelets right now. I thought I would see if I could make one using my scrap cotton blend yarn that she’d like to wear this summer and she is quite happy with this design. The bracelet lies flat on the wrist and can be made in any 2 colors of yarn you wish to use.
You can easily crochet this Scrap Yarn Summer Bracelet Pattern using embroidery thread, jute, or even Medium Weight Yarn for a chunkier finished project. Add beads to the ties and then knot them in place too if you’d like to add a little bling to your bracelet!
Have fun making these 2 row bracelets ♥

Scrap Yarn Bracelet Pattern Instructions
This project is crocheted in rows.
Using your 3.75 mm (F) hook (or size required for gauge) and leaving a 7-inch tail of yarn:
R1: With MC: Ch 31, sk 1 ch, 1 sl st in the BL of each ch across. Ch 1 and finish off, leaving a 7-inch tail of yarn. [30 sl st]
R2: With CC: Leaving a 7-inch tail of yarn, join with a sl st in the BL of the first sl st. 1 sl st in the BL of each rem sl st across, rotate your work and place 1 sl st in the end of the bracelet and then work along the bottom of the bracelet making 1 sl st in each BL across. Sl st to the first sl st to join, ch 1 and finish off leaving a 7- inch tail of yarn. [61 sl st]
Insert your crochet hook into the end of the bracelet (see image below), yarn over the hook using both yarn ends, pull up both yarn ends and ch 5, pull the yarn ends through the final chain and pull to tighten. Trim the two ends to be the same length.
Repeat this process for the other end of the bracelet.
Trim the yarn ends on each end of the bracelet to match in length and unwind the strands of yarn to create a fringed end (if you want).
