This helpful book will teach you how to make Irish Crochet Motifs. Both traditional motifs and updated motifs have been included (where possible).
The traditional motifs use padding cords and/or padded rings. The updated motifs do not use padding cords, or padded rings. The patterns will list either, Traditional or Updated. If it doesn’t list either, then it works for either method.
If the pattern lists PR you will need padding rings, if the pattern lists PC you will need padded cords.
All the motifs in the book use size-10 crochet cotton and a 1.65 mm steel hook except for the fourth motif in overlays (used size-20 crochet cotton and a 1.25 mm steel hook).
Helpful notes have been included, such as for the bullion stitch and clones knot, using an inline crochet hook may make it easier to draw through all the loops. So be sure to read the Overview section at the beginning of the book.
The difficulty levels range from easy to experienced.
