6″ circumference, 0.75″ wide

 – at the end of the row – the total number of stitches
R1: Using Cream: ch 23, beg 2nd ch from hook; 1 sc in each across 
R2: ch 1, sk first st, 2 sc in next st, *sk next st, 2 sc in next st**, rep from * to ** across 
R3: rep R2, finish off, weave in ends.
Whipstitch two ends together to form a tube. Or if you prefer you can add a small button or circle of velcro to make it easier to put it on the napkins.
