This post includes a free Rainy Day Boot Cuffs Pattern. These are Darla’s new Rainy Day Boot Cuffs.
Rainy Day Boot Cuffs Pattern
I created these to fit inside a pair of Darla’s rain-boots. I wanted to protect her calves from the top of her boots when she runs and plays this spring/summer.
Last year she had some nasty welts from where the rain-boots rubbed against her skin. I vowed she would not experience those again!
Fit: Toddler/small child (8″calf, 4.5″ length)
Hook: 5.50 mm (I)
Yarn: Worsted Weight Yarn (Red Heart Super Saver, Bernat Super Value Yarn or Craft Smart Yarn)
Abbreviations: R : row, R : round, fhdc : foundationless half double crochet, ch : chain, fpdc : front post double crochet, bpdc : back post double crochet, sc : single crochet, st : stitch, sts : stitches, sl st : slip stitch, dc : double crochet
