Fabulous Floral Dishcloth Crochet Patterns

Crochet one of these 12 Fabulous Floral Dishcloth Patterns! I think you are going to fall in love with these quick and pretty projects.

Fabulous Floral Dishcloths by Glenda Winkelman includes 12 really pretty round dishcloth patterns. Each of the floral themed dishcloths is crocheted with Medium Weight [4] cotton yarn and a 5.5 mm (I) crochet hook. The finished dishcloths range in size from 7 inches to 8.5 inches across.

The patterns are written in an easy-to-follow manner, using U.S. Crochet Terms.

The patterns included are:

  • Floral Burst. EASY. 8.5 inches diameter.
  • Citrus Bloom. INTERMEDIATE. 7.75 inches diameter.
  • Speckled Floral. INTERMEDIATE. 8 inches diameter.
  • Rosebud. INTERMEDIATE. 7.5 inches diameter.
  • Floral Pinwheel.  INTERMEDIATE. 8.25 inches diameter.
  • Flaming Rose.  INTERMEDIATE. 8.5 inches diameter.
  • Wildflower.  INTERMEDIATE. 8.5 inches diameter.
  • Cucumber Floral.  INTERMEDIATE. 8.5 inches diameter.
  • Daisy.  EASY. 9 inches diameter.
  • Spring Floral.  EASY. 8.25 inches diameter.
  • Aquamarine Floral.  INTERMEDIATE. 8.25 inches diameter.
  • Summer Rose.  EASY. 8.75 inches diameter.

The definitions of the special stitches used, and the techniques used (like whip stitches) are included in each pattern. The Pattern Notes section includes helpful information which I recommend you read before you begin to crochet.  Stitch counts are provided at the end of the rows (and rounds) in italics. Bold fonts have been used throughout the instructions to make it easy to find the sections and rows.

Yarn Used

The sample projects were crocheted using Premier Yarns Home Cotton, a Medium Weight [4] Cotton Yarn. This yarn is available from Annie’s Craft Store too!

Stitch Guide

The basic stitch guide is provided on page 27 and you are also given the link to the online stitch guide for additional stitch help.

I have always loved finding crochet patterns to make practical and pretty projects.  You can make these affordable handmade dishcloths and give them as gifts to friends and coworkers, or make them to use yourself in your own kitchen.
