I am not sure for this but each of the terms separately mean:
sira = row
arka = back
tame artirma yap = full increase do
yanlarda = on the sides
ve = and
29 x could be 29 times
So Row 21: 2 sts on the back, 2 on the sides, do 4 full increases 29 times?

Could you please see if you can translate the following for me:
21 Sira: 2 on ve arkada 2 yanlarda 4 tame artirma yap: 29 x
It continues on from Row 20 with 25 stitches, and I think it is increase between a certain amount of stitches, but I can’t figure it out.
