Crochet Potholder Patterns
This week’s Free Pattern Roundup includes free Crochet Potholder Patterns. Find fun potholder designs like the Cactus Potholders by Moogly, and Chicken Pot Holder by Posh Pooch Designs and find more traditional pot holder crochet patterns too.
If you are looking for a design to crochet to add a little love or romance to the meal, try the Love Wiggles Trivet or pretty Country Rose Decorative Potholder.
Or, if you are like me and you are just searching for a functional crocheted potholder to make quickly and to use for everyday meals, try Potholder design #3 or #6 or #9.
All patterns included are available for free.
Beneath the collage images I have included more detailed information about each of the crocheted potholders that are included in this week’s free pattern roundup. I hope this helps you select the pattern best suited to your needs.
Crocheted potholders make fantastic handmade gifts! Be sure to make yours using cotton yarn (acrylic yarns can melt at higher temperatures).
I have also included a few other free pattern collections at the end of the post for things like crochet trivets and hotpads. You might want to take a browse there too as potholders and trivets and hotpads seem to be used interchangeably online for the same things when it comes to crochet.
Free Crochet Potholder Patterns
All patterns were free at the time they were added to the post.
If you visit a link and it has become a “for sale” pattern,
please let me know so I can update it! Thank you!
